Contacting Board Members

My goal is to report information which will allow you to form your own opinions and come to your own conclusions. If reading about the Board’s activities prompts you to make comments on some issue, I suggest that these be sent directly to the Board members. This can be done one of two ways.

Option 1: If you wish your comments to remain private, send an e-mail to the Board members directly. Addresses for each of the directors are as follows:

Joe Bastian:                 [email protected]
Dave Bursiek:               [email protected]
Lorena Clark:                [email protected]
Bill Colton:                    [email protected]
Paul Elstro:                   [email protected]
Sharon Livingston:       [email protected]
Don Lummus:              [email protected]
Claralyn Phillips:          [email protected]
Les Stuewer:                [email protected]

For ease of emailing, you can copy and paste this address list into your email:

[email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]

Option 2: You can post your comment to the GC Chat forum on the POA web site and hope that it is read by the Board members. Please understand that this is a quasi-public forum. Posted comments will be available for viewing by any community member that chooses to access the site, and they will be able to comment on your post.

I do not believe that communicating with the Board members will be a waste of time. If you take that attitude and never make yourself heard, then there is little cause to complain. I believe that most Board members will carefully consider reasonable, thoughtful communications. And, if they receive similar messages from many residents, I find it difficult to believe that they will not sit up and take notice.

If you wish to copy me on any e-mail sent to the Board, feel free to do so, as I would welcome having the information. ([email protected]) I will assume that anything sent to me is to be kept in confidence.

And, as always, if you have any questions about anything I have written, please feel free to contact me.

Thanks for listening.
