Pictures Showing Vacant Land By Front Gate

There are three links below, and each will open a separate window.  I could not write the explanations on the scans, so you need to bring up the written explanation and read it as you look at each of the scans.

One important point needs to be made; and I cannot stress this enough.  What I am showing here are approximate boundary lines.  They are not exact.  Please read the explanation for further information.

Explanation of Financial Statements  (through 12-31-12)

Our statements are posted on line every month.  Hopefully, this will help people understand them.  To read this, click on the link below:

Deer Signage Litigation

Click on the link below to read an article summarizing why we spent over $60,000 in legal fees on No Hunting sign litigation.

The Board declined to post this article on the official POA website. Consequently, it was circulated by e-mail only to a limited number of residents known to me personally; but it was not sent as a blast e-mail to the entire community. Unlike some of our current Directors, I do not believe that it is appropriate to use information from our POA directory in that manner.

Some of those to whom I sent this article may have forwarded it on to their friends and acquaintances; in which case you may have already seen it.
