I promised to provide answers to questions I had asked regarding limitations on the Board’s ability to levy assessments and borrow money.\u00a0 A short summary can now be found here:\u00a0 Assessments & Borrowings<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Board met on November 8th,\u00a0 but I was not able to attend.\u00a0 I had somebody covering for me and will provide a summary of that meeting shortly (most likely after the Annual Meeting).\u00a0 By now you have received an e-mail from the Board informing you that it has decided to cancel the contract to purchase the vacant land outside the front gate and to reduce the annual general assessment accordingly.\u00a0 If there is anything else of note to report, I will cover that after the Annual Meeting.<\/p>\n

If you have questions about anything to do with the budget, I encourage you to attend the annual meeting and ask them there.\u00a0 I believe the audience would prefer to hear the questions and answers there rather than having to attend a separate meeting to do so.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
